Your Input Crucial On Knowledge Base
April 1, 2012 – 12:25 pmThe RedGear Knowledge Base (KB) has been put to good use. Customers searching for answers via this tool sky rocketed.
We want the numbers to keep growing—so we’ve added a new feature that will allow you to rank the effectiveness of the KB article you referenced.
At the top of every article is a set of five gears. To rank an article, simply click the number of gears you would rank the related document; one gear being the lowest and five gears being the highest.
Anytime a KB document is rated low (two gear’s or less), a survey will pop up asking for additional information to help us make improvements to the article.
If you haven’t used the knowledge base, it can be accessed from the ‘Help’ menu in the software.
The knowledge base is an effective tool to find quick answers for many of your software and tax related questions. Your input will help us improve this valuable tool.
