Go to to the RG services right click and go to &quot;properties&quot; next go to the &quot;recovery&quot; tab. Next. click the drop down for first failure and pick &quot;restart the service&quot; do this for the 2nd failed attempt and the last. Do this to the RG facilitator and the RG Client data also. This will make it so if the service fails it will try to restart it again.]]></description>

Due to the new platform, Libraries and Custom Letters will not proforma over this year. The libraries will be built as you enter returns. In the future programs this will not be an issue as the program for 2013 will just require an update.

I just received a message back from development regarding your &quot;US1,US2,US3&quot; post.

The direct deposit will be fixed in Tuesday’s release.  We need more information on the depreciation error.  A return with the Oregon issue would be best help in resolving any issues.
